Dennis Memorial Grammar School has facilities that help enhance educational activities. These facilities where being given or donated to the school by Old boys of the school. These facilities Include:- (1) A Giant Electric Generator (2) A water Bore hole (3) Comfortable Hostels (4) A cyber café (Ogoazi computer center) (5) An enhanced Library (Eric Clerk Library) (6) Well equipped Laboratories (7) Music room (8) Auditoriums. The school’s giant generator provides the school with constant electricity even when there is power outage in the school. This helps students in the hostels to read especially in the night. The school’s water bore hole supplies the school with constant water needed for many human activities like cooking, Bathing, Washing etc. The school also has comfortable hostels which are divided and named after some prominent old boys. The hostels include :-- (1) Aggrey House (2) Clark House (3) Crowther House (4) Howells House (5) Livingstone House (6) Lugard House (7) Ogoazi House (8) Stanley House (9) Tugwells House (10) Washington House These houses have good toilets and bathrooms that being washed daily. The houses also have a general dining hall where the students take their breakfast, lunch, and supper. A bell is rang whenever the time for meal has reached. The dining hall prefect does this. The school also has a computer center which constitutes a cyber café. Students are allowed to go and browse for information concerning their field of study. The computer center is being sponsored by School Net Diginet Center. The school’s Eric Clerk Library has the latest textbooks which are modified annually. Students are allowed to enter the library for their study. Our laboratories are still the best with enhanced equipment that facilitates the study of sciences. The laboratories are :- (1) Physics lab (2) Chemistry Lab (3) Biology Lab Students are also allowed to make their own researches with the school’s laboratory facilities. DMGS music room is well equipped with musical instruments that help music students to practice. The school’s choir utilizes the music more. The school also has auditoriums where exams can be taken and conferences/seminars can also be held there. All these and many more are what staff and students enjoy in the school. Lux fiat.
